Personal data is not disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be communicated to:
- Entities providing website hosting et maintenance services
- Netlify, Inc. for website hosting et contact form management (data stored in EU/USA with appropriate guarantees)
- Professionals et consultants for tax et accounting compliance
- Judicial et administrative authorities when required by law
- Professional collaborators (other lawyers, court-appointed experts), with client consent, for assignment performance
